MIMBAR TRIBAKTI: Journal of Islamic Studies and Education is a peer-reviewed and open-access scholarly journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/LP2M) of STAI Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa, East Lampung. The journal is published regularly twice a year, in January and August, as a platform for scholarly publication in the fields of Islamic studies and Islamic education.
MIMBAR TRIBAKTI: Journal of Islamic Studies and Education is an academic journal dedicated to examining and developing scholarly thought and research findings in Islamic studies and Islamic education across various contexts at the local, national, and international levels. The journal aims to present comprehensive and critical analyses of Islamic dynamics and educational practices by emphasizing conceptual, normative, historical, and empirical approaches relevant to contemporary societal developments.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, studies of the Qur’an and Hadith, fiqh and Islamic legal thought, Islamic theology (ʿaqidah) and Sufism, classical and contemporary Islamic thought, theories and practices of Islamic education, curricula and learning of Islamic Religious Education, management and leadership of Islamic educational institutions, as well as social and cultural issues related to education and religious life.
In principle, the editorial policy of the journal prioritizes articles that offer significant scholarly contributions and broad relevance to the development of Islamic studies and Islamic education. Manuscripts with specialized or specific focuses are expected to provide wider theoretical and practical implications. Articles that fall outside the scope of Islamic studies and Islamic education are not covered and are considered beyond the journal’s focus and scope.
